Suitable for people who have practised yoga (Beginner to Intermediate Level) and do not have any acute pain or health conditions.

Workshop led by Carol (Saraswati) who has been teaching and practising Sivananda Yoga for more than 13 years.
She follows the 5 points of yoga
in her daily life. She has led 6 yoga retreats overseas and is a part time lecturer -teaching hatha yoga and pilates matwork.
